He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Galliher (Pat) and Konley Smith (Jennifer); his siblings, Brendan Smith, Joel, Josh Galliher and Sarah Galliher; and his grandmothers, Susan Sanders, Lorraine Pfeiffer, Bettie Galliher and Ellen Smith.
