He is survived by: his parent Dessie Brown Taylor of Bristol, TN.; his wife Thelma Ruth Legge Taylor of Keokee, VA; his sons, Wilhelm "Willy" Wetzels Taylor (Hannelore Lieselotte Karoline) and Friedrich "Fred" Wetzels Taylor (Ragnhild A. "Ronni"); his sister Nora Jean Stewart; his granddaughter Nicole Lara Scott; his stepchildren, Stephen Smith of Tampa, FL and Stephanie Smith of Bristol, VA; and his brother Randy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
