He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Dugger, Jean Benfield and Lisa Johnson; his wife Julie Dugger; his children, Derek, Jeremiah (Lyndsey) of Johnson City, TN, Luke (Jordan) of Elizabethton, TN. and BJ Yates of Elizabethton; his sister Sandy Blair (Ray) of Roan Mountain, TN.; and his grandchildren, Ava, Hudson, Devan, Jude, Paislee, Oakleigh, Xandria, Xissac, David, Abby and Donnie.
