She was predeceased by: her mother Darlene Puckett; her grandmother Vertie Mae Basford; her stepmother Donna Puckett; her mother-in-law Shirley Canipe; and her stepdaughter Morgan Canipe.
She is survived by: her nephew Christian Roark; her husband Robert Canipe; her daughters, Aliese Bonn (Todd) and Sarah Reagan (Chase); her grandchildren, Jada, Alexis, Kolten, Kavik and Gavin; her father Bill Puckett; her stepfather Joe Smith; and her siblings, Connie Lee, Angie Dixon, Katie Dixon and Tony Dixon. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, and close friends.
Although not required, at the family's request, please wear a mask if attending the service.
