With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawana Faye Arrowood Smith (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Arrowood and Thelma Rogers Arrowood Inge; and her siblings, Betty Figueroa and James "Buddy" Arrowood. She is survived by: her husband Frank Smith; her daughter Valorie Denise Thacker; her brother Charles "Butch" Arrowood; her stepchildren, Teresa Webb and Robin Lee; her close friend Kay Cunningham; and her pet Frenchie. She is also survived by two grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
