He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Campbell and Lillian Campbell; his brother Richard Campbell; and his great grandchild Shane Sage. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Campbell; his daughters, Karen Perkey (Tommy), Sharon Eldreth (Greg) and Ashley Branch; his siblings, Bill Campbell, Jim Campbell (Katy) and Debbie Sexton; his grandchildren, Josh Campbell (Amanda), Jessica Campbell, Jeffery Perkey, Sandy Arnette and Brandon Poore; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Potter, Braydon, Kayleigh, Emma, Kensley Poore, Jada Campbell, Sierra Sage, Halee and Britton Branch; and his great great grandchildren, Connor and Eli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
