He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ramsey and Daisy Vires Lynn; and his niece Addyson Cain. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Mullins Ramsey; his siblings, Charles Lee Ramsey, Connie Collins (Doug), Brenda Miller (Eddie), Wayne Ramsey (Vicky) and Lisa Millsap (Ray); his stepchildren, Thomas Helbert, Christy Blackson (Michael) and Lyle Helbert (Elizabeth); his mother-in-law Molly Shaffer; and his stepmother Norma Ramsey. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren.
