He is survived by: his wife Gayle Musick; his children, Sarah Musick Thompson of Tazewell and Brett Musick (Candida) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Andrew Thompson, Emma Thompson, Ember Musick and Baby Musick; his daughter Landera; his son-in-law Sam Perrigan; his siblings, Rev. Otis Musick (Eva) of Richlands, Agnes Puckett of Georgia and Garnetta Mitchell (Anthony) of Bluefield; his parents-in-law, Archie and Virginia Honaker; and his siblings-in-law, Amy, Terry Creech, Buck and Tammy Hart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
