It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy J. (Janie) Feathers (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Feathers; her daughters, Wendy Duncan (Chris) of Sweetwater, TN and Tracy Johns (Ricky) of Jonesborough, TN; her brother Herby Helbert (Brenda); her brother-in-law Bunky Botts; her grandchildren, Jillian, Callie Duncan, Ivy and Jack Johns; her nieces, Jenny Arnold and Julie Botts; and her nephew Allen Helbert.
