She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Worley Holbrook and Arthur Holbrook; her husband Joe Puckett; her son William Arthur Puckett; her siblings, Grayson Holbrook (Evelyn), Mildred Holbrook and Mae Ramsey; her son-in-law Allen Roark; her brother-in-law Clayton Ramsey; her daughters-in-law, Darlene Puckett Smith and Donna Puckett; and her granddaughter Jeannie Canipe.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Roark; her grandchildren, Scott Roark (Sara) and Connie Lee (Erick); and her grandson-in-law Rob. She is also survived by 4 great-granddaughters, 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Akard Funeral Home Chapel (1912 W State St, Bristol, TN 37620). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
