Judy Mauk Sweeney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 76, Judy Mauk Sweeney in Bristol, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evert Mauk and Mildred Lewis Mauk; her husband Garry Sweeney; and her brothers, James and Ralph Mauk.
She is survived by: her brothers, Johnny Mauk (Donna) and George Mauk; her brother-in-law Eugene Sweeney (Mona); and her close friends, Lynn Hall, Sharron Phillips, Gloria South, Linda Boyd, Linda Gray, Mary Caruthers, Theona Bingham, Wanda Bryant, Wendy Stephens and Eddie Jaynes. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery.
