She is survived by: her son Mike Cook (Hellen Cook); her granddaughters, Amber Pennington and Kelly Gross; and her siblings, Wanda Sheppard, Sandra Gibson and Gary Fred Raines. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
