She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Michals and Irene Michals; and her husband Dennis C. "Sam" Samuel. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis C. "Denny" Samuel, Jr. (Cindy) and Sean Samuel; and her granddaughter Torey Bates Samuel.
