He was predeceased by: his mother Mollie Stevens. He is survived by: his father Ronald Stevens (Vira); his daughter Katie Wiener (Zach); his grandchildren, Mabel and Mason; his sons, J. T. Stevens (Lindsay) and Sawyer; his siblings, Susan Dickenson (Rob), Alesha Moore (Doug) and Carl Stevens (Paula); his stepsister Renay Elkins; and his close friend Mike Harvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the DAV in Bluff City (337 Carter St Suite 7, Bluff City, TN 37618).
