It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Belcher (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Belcher and Wilma "Ramey" Belcher; and his sister Joyce Fouts. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Belcher (Shana), Tonya Belcher, Zack McCade Belcher, Jordan Riley, Pluma Belcher and Tina Newsome; his siblings, Lois Belcher Spradlin (Charlie), Jimmy Belcher (Louise), Johnny Belcher and Jerry Belcher (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Roy Fouts. He is also survived by grandchildren.
