He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bill Laughlin and Adis Lavondia Widener Laughlin; and his brother Gregory James Laughlin. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Damara Leornard Laughlin; his sister Carolyn Laughlin Grisby (James) of Church Hill, TN; and his pet Zach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
