He is survived by: his wife Neta Kincer Seneker; his children, John IV (Mary) of Chattanooga, TN, Vincent (Linda) of Salem, VA, Stephen of Bristol, TN, Teresa Seneker of Blountville, TN, Caroline Hatcher (Mark) of Bedford, VA and Beth Slagle (Rick) of Blountville, TN; his siblings, Kitty Lewis of South Carolina and Phillip Seneker of Seattle, Washington; and his grandchildren, Christina Seneker, Wendy Gauthier, Tabitha Cole, Brittany Slagle, Michael Richardson, Keri Pittman, Kelley Newman, Ashley Slagle, John Hatcher, Orry Hatcher, Ricky Slagle and Stephanie Seneker. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
