He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Justice and Jessie May Hubbard Justice; his former wife Helen Justice; his daughter Martha Ray; his children-in-law, Patty Justice, Scott Childress and Al Barbour; and his granddaughter Sena Barbour.
He is survived by: his wife Lora Gay Justice; and his children, Patricia Childress, Cynthia (Landon), Larry (Dean) and Junior. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; a host of great, great, great grandchildren; a host of friends.
