She is survived by: her children, Randy Blevins of Memphis, TN and Kim Blevins-Relleva; her son-in-law Brian F. Relleva of Nashville, TN; her grandsons, Jack Guthrie Relleva of Chattanooga, TN and J. Oskar Relleva of Nashville; and her sisters, Evelene Mullins, Juanita Hicks and Theda Clay. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
