He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Weaver and Eva Lucille White Weaver; his wife Dawn Weaver; his grandchild Jayce Weaver; and his brother Jerry R. Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Jean Weaver; and his siblings, John Weaver (Connie) and Judy Lucas (Glen). He is also survived by three stepchildren; and several grandchildren.
