He was predeceased by: his parents, William Curtis and Ruby Curtis-Cutty; and his brothers, Bill Curtis and Chip Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Michael Curtis and Brandi Curtis. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
