She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Campbell; her husband Jerry W. Herndon; and her brothers, Tom and Bob Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Don Herndon (Jade) and Brittany Flanary (Kelly); her grandchildren, Tessa, Josie, Caden, Madison and Avery; her nephews, Paul Guenther and Chris Guenther; her friends, Sandy and Perry Herring; and her sister Kathy Guenther (Doug). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Ballad Health Cancer Institute P.O. Box 1069 Kingsport, TN 37662.
