She is survived by: her significant other Dennis Lee Crutchfield; her sons, Kevin Scott Crutchfield (Katherine Taggart Crutchfield) and Gary Brent Crutchfield of Johnson City, TN.; her granddaughters, Mary Givens Crutchfield Becherer (James) of Charleston, SC, Kinser Leigh Crutchfield Adams (Clayton) of Fort Worth, TX and Elizabeth "Libby" Scott Crutchfield of Charleston, SC.; and her great grandchild Charles Taggart "Tag" Adams of Fort Worth, TX.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
