It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Lee Brown (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milburn A. Balthis and Rosa Lee Routh Balthis; and her brother Donald Balthis. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Brown; her children, Angela Skeens (Steve) and Tony Brown (Tisha); her siblings, Nancy Baker, Norma Smith, Linda Booher, Larry Balthis and Randall Balthis; and her grandchildren, Taylor Skeens, Dana Brown, William Brown and Connor Brown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
