He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Louis and Lilly Brooks Myers; his wife Martha Myers; and his siblings, Frances Evelee Gibson, Gracie Lucille Peters and Earl Junior Myers.
He is survived by: his son Frankie Myers; his sister Nora Rodgers of Cedar Hill, TN; and his friend Danny Brooks. He is also survived by grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
