Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton G. Broyles and Mary Peters Broyles; his wife Betty Stone Broyles; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Broyles and Lillian Deckerd.
He is survived by: his sons, James Edward "Eddie" Broyles, Jr. (Diana) and Charles David "Chuck" Broyles (Karen); his sister Kathryn Draper; his friend Phyllis Ratliffe; and his pet Bandit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
