It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Spencer of Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Spencer and Nyra Spencer of Coeur; and his brother Dick Spencer of Spokane, Wash.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Spencer of Bristol, Tenn.; his son James D. Spencer, Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif.; and his brothers, Rudy Spencer of Liberty Lake and Bruce Spencer of Plummer, Idaho. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
