Blaylock Sr. (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bailey Blaylock and Jeanette Kiser Blaylock; his wife Shirley Blaylock; and his daughter Frances Ann Hall. He is survived by: his son Jackie Blaylock, Jr. of Gatlinburg, TN; his grandchildren, Shane, Deirdre and Candace; his sister Patty Perry; his nephew Bobby McElyea; his niece Jeannie Loudy; and his great-niece Madison Marshall. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church - Team Kids, P.O. Box 428, Bluff City, TN 37618 in memory of Jackie.
