He is survived by: his wife Audrey Bentley DePriest; his children, Greg DePriest (Peggy) and Gail DePriest (Ed Parris); his grandchildren, Chad Hullander (Noreen), Cameron Morris (Neil), Aundrea Rutledge, Brandon Durham (Jessica), Lindsay Jennings, Michael O'Dell and Jeremy O'Dell; his great grandchildren, Abby Horton, Eli Rutledge, Audrey, Emory Morris, Peyton, Alex, Kate Durham, Ava, Trey Jennings, Rife, Scout Hullander, Bailey Bolton and Maddi Moore; his great great grandchild Sterling Bailey; his siblings, Joe DePriest (Brenda), Alice Stallard (Jim) and Vivian DePriest; and also Tammy White. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives.
