He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Beavers and Mayme Beavers; his wife Madalene Beavers; and his brother Frank Beavers. He is survived by: his children, Judy Felty (John), Jack Beavers, II (Shelia) and Steve Beavers; his brothers, Bob Beavers (Dot) and Jim Beavers (Gladys); his grandsons, Derek Beavers, Chris Felty and John Felty; his great grandchildren, Bryson and Braddock Felty; and his close friend Peggy Rodefer.
