He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Estes and Beatrice Estes; his sisters, Deborah Tester and Jan Tittle; his uncle Ed Estes (Charlene); and his close friend Loni Bothwell.
He is survived by: his children, Jack Estes (Candi), Annette Estes (Janet Atwell) and John Estes (April); the mother of his children Jody Church; his grandchildren, Nan Estes, Alex Estes, Ryder Estes, Lincoln Estes, Addison James and Charlie James; and his brothers, Travis Estes, Jeff Estes and George Estes.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Elite Hospice (415 Scott Street Bristol, VA 24201).
