We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2024, at the age of 93, Iva Rowena Sims Staubus of Bristol, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenyon A. Staubus; and her son Kenyon Sims Staubus. She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence, Cecil, Benny, Pierce, Carrylee, Eva, Mildred, Lucille and Elizabeth Ketron-Sims; her sons, Barry Staubus (Gena) and Brett Staubus (Diane); her grandchildren, Christa Taylor (Chris), Michael Eaton (Sherri), Alexis Raye Staubus (Ryan Cox) and Preston Staubus; her great grandchildren, Michala Thomas (Justin), McKinsey Taylor and Chase Harr; her nephew William "Bud" Staubus (Tammy); her caregiver Liz Owens; and her niece Kim Brewer (Kathy Gardner).
