She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Monroe Mumpower and Nannie Elizabeth Mumpower; her husband Delmar Ketron Draper; and her daughter Cathy Howell. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Eads (Glen) of Abingdon and Mark (Emily) of Bristol; and her brother Richard Mumpower of Rossville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
