She was predeceased by: her parents, Katie Carson Blackburn and Louis David Taylor; and her husband George E Dawson. She is survived by: her daughters, Carroll Allen (LeeVon) and Georgia Carmichael (Ron); her grandchildren, George Allen (Nakeshia) and Katie Allen; her great grandchild Noah Allen; and her close friends, Millie Saunders, John, Drucilla Hogans, Brazil Dukes, Marvin, Sue Beidleman, Theresa Burriss, Dewey, Kelli Spiva and LeAnn Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
