She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie M. Byrd and Elizabeth Bentley Byrd; her husband James Harold Edmonds; her sons, James H. Edmonds, Jr. (Jimmy) and Jerry Edmonds; and her siblings, Joyce Cassell, Clarence Byrd, James Byrd (Jim) and Willie Byrd, Jr. (Bill).
She is survived by: her daughters, Joni Stanley (Dave) and Judy Wyatt (Steve); her grandchildren, Bryan Stanley, April Crockett, Matthew, Cody Wyatt, Justin and Jessica Edmonds; her great grandchildren, Lane, Jordan, Addy, Landis, Tripp, Nic, Brit and Anzlee; her daughters-in-law, Donna Tate and Brenda Edmonds; and her siblings, Patty Compton and Garland Otis Byrd. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, a private funeral service will be held at 11:00 a. m. Friday, January 22, 2021 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel, Bristol, TN with Bro. Andy Sweeney and Bro. Chad Blevins officiating.
