She is survived by: her children, Kathy Tate and Jeff Ornduff; her husband Harmon Simcox; her grandsons, Michael Tate (Beth Tate), Christopher Tate and Jacob Ornduff; her great grandchildren, Brody Tate and Brock Tate; and her siblings, Luther Bussey (Freddie Bussey), Virginia Ann Ernst and Gaines Bussey.
