He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Weaver and Fannie Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Earhart Weaver; his children, James Weaver (Krista) and Sara Vance (Keith); his grandchildren, Mattie Weaver, Riley Vance and Drew Vance; his siblings, Maxine Blevins (Garner) and Dillard Weaver (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Sussman (Barry), Allen Earhart and Howard Tester. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
There will not be a service due to covid.
