She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard; her parents, Roy Lee and Dora Barrett Reed; her siblings, Worley, Billy, Roy Reed and Helen Louise Reed; and her stepson Jimmy Shumaker.

She is survived by: her sister Stella Lasley; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon McCracken, Judy Lasley, David Reed, Billy Reed, Inky Lasley, Tommy Reed and Reba Fleenor.
