It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Douglas Hudson of Bristol, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Hudson and Josephine Weaver Hudson; his wife Ruth "Penny" Hudson; his children, Lauri Hudson and Scott Hudson (Ritu); his granddaughter Madelyn Hudson; and his siblings, Sharon Coltrane (Bob) and Bill Hudson (Betty). He was also cherished by several other family members and friends, and his beloved cat.
