He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Mae Everts; his grandparents, Arley Emanuel and Belvia M. Closz Everts; his wife Dorothy Martin Everts (NJ); his siblings, Mabel Everts, Jeannie Hockenberry and Franklin Hillen; and his siblings-in-law, Kitty Pearlene Martin Coburn, Vickie Martin Campbell, Foster Coburn, Charley Campbell and Arliss Lynn Martin.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert L. Everts (Lisa) and David C. Everts (Karla); his grandchildren, Jeremy Emanuel Everts (Christia), Brian Resnik (Kayce), April N. Hartman (Franklin), Amber R. Willen and Christina R. Gilbert (Josh); his great grandchildren, Alex Leonard, Harley Hartman, Jason Hartman, Caiden Floyd Everts, Jonathon Gilbert and Noah Gilbert; his brother Allen Hillen; and his brothers-in-law, Dana Martin (Nancy) and Roy Hockenberry. He is also survived by pet bandit; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Floyd Emanuel Everts, age 87, of Bristol, TN, went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 11, 2023 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease and Lewy Body Dementia.
