He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Lewis and Ruby Lewis of Mendota, VA; and his brother Sergeant James Harold Lewis of Mendota, VA.. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lewis of Magnolia, OH and Rebecca Lewis of Bristol, TN; his grandchildren, Kendra Holliday of Limestone, TN and Tanner Mauk of Johnson City, TN; and his siblings, Alan Lewis of Bristol, TN, Donald Lewis of Bristol, VA, Sue Sharrett of Bristol, VA, Carolyn Dixon of Mendota, VA and Edith Millard of Mendota, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
