She was predeceased by: her husband Claude Fredrick "Fred" Herbert; her son Keith Fredrick Herbert; her daughter-in-law Teresa Elaine Howard Herbert; and her granddaughter Bobbie Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Herbert, Linda Keen, Sandra Herbert, Peggy Herbert and Kelly O'Conner; her sister Urna Donahue; her brother-in-law Jerry Donahue; and her great grandchild Skyler Wyatt. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
