She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Gilly and Margaret Gilly; her husband J. P. Williams; her son Stephen Williams, Sr.; and her siblings, Sam Gilly, Bruce Gilly, Dot Nicar and Peggy McClung.
She is survived by: her sister Bettye Gilly; her grandchildren, Stephen Williams, Jr. and Angela Williams; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Williams.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Three Springs United Methodist Church, 6610 Reedy Creek Rd., Bristol, VA 24202.
