She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Denise Phillips; her grandchildren, Danielle Gentry and Adam Gentry; her great grandchildren, Payton and Kobe; her daughter Kimberly Faith Phillips; her granddaughter Jessi Mullins; her great grandchildren, Scarlett and Reilly; her son William K. "Billy" Phillips (Susan); her grandchildren, Halie and Samuel; and her siblings, Benjamin Yates (Susie), Sue Humphrey (Earl), Norma Whitaker (Kyle), Joyce Johnson (Randy), Rick Yates (Brenda) and Rebecca Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of other friends.
She served the Lord as a member of Charity Baptist Church.
