He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fillers Owens; his daughters, Selina Smith (Forrest) and Angie Williams (Tom); his grandchildren, Jacob Williams, Kenzie Williams, Keegan Smith, Preston Smith and Garren Smith; and his pet Roscoe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
