He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Nuckols; his children, Angelique, Alora, Alden and Andrew Nuckols (Anna); his grandchildren, Drew and Bella (Dylan); his children, Evan, Lacey, Jackson, Angela and Wendell Smith; his grandchildren, Little Wendell and Wendee of Steven, TJ; his children, Blake, Maddox, Finley (Baby Girl) and Michelle Nuckols (Brian); his grandchild Tianna (Jeremy); his children, Portia (Levi), Jay and Ka'tanna; his siblings, Roy (Louise), Connie (Bob), Mark (Beanie) and Wanda (Mitch); his son David "Crockett" Nuckols; and his brothers, Roger Nuckols (Karen) and Robert Nuckols (Tammy).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to American Cancer Society in David's honor.
