He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tuggle and Kittie Tuggle; his wife Mary Maxine Tuggle; and his siblings, Wilson, Carl, Joseph, Howard Tuggle, Dorothy Rittle, Sylvia Sorace and Violet Payne.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Rountree (Seth Rountree); and his grandchildren, Harrison Waller, Sara Beth Rountree and Shelley Waller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
