He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Helbert Leonard; his mother Janie Sue Shaver Leonard; his children, Jayden Leonard, Makayla Leonard, Pamela Leonard and D. J. Leonard; and his siblings, Paul Leonard, Jr., Scott Leonard and Kathryn Helbert (Gary). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
