He is survived by : his wife Peggy Lynn Anderson Fragile of Bluff City, TN; his daughter Yvette Fragile; his son-in-law Nate Brown of Bristol, TN; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Kyle Kouchinsky of Charlotte, NC.; his nieces and nephews, Christy Lockhart (Dwayne) of Princeton, WV, Amanda Peyton (Brent) of Camp Creek, WV, Justin Thomas (Tiffany) of North Wales, PA and Joel Thomas (Nereyda) of Bristol, TN; and his pet Whistle. He is also survived by family members, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Grandview Memory Gardens (38659 Gov George C. Peery Hwy, Bluefield, VA 24605).
