He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blevins and Beryl Blevins; and his sisters, Shelby Osborne and Lena Gay Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Reed Blevins; his children, Dallas "Randy" Blevins (Cheryl) of Bristol, Penny Blevins Gray (Eddy) of Bristol and Josh Blevins (Becki) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Krista Gray, Brooke Minton, Logan Gray, Dana Blevins, Dalton Blevins and Jonathan Taylor; his great grandchildren, Adelyn Bobbitt, Grayson Bobbitt, Gabriel Minton, Ariel Minton, Ellison Mullins, Remi Gray and Peyton Gray; and his siblings, Katherine Walsh, Louella Shankle and Gene Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and close friends.
He fought and overcame a 7-year battle with Alzheimer's disease, his love never failing; his family never forgotten.
